• Google Workspace API Data: We explicitly affirm that we do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. • Authorized Use Only: Any data we collect is used exclusively for providing, maintaining, and improving the specific functionalities of our Services as described in this Privacy Policy, and never for training AI systems beyond the scope of our Services.

  • Google user data will be immediately removed from active systems
  • Backup copies will be deleted within 90 days
  • We will confirm the deletion once completed
